Booking Policy

To confirm reservation, 50% of accommodation is required. Rooms are held/booked unless 50% deposit

has been made either bank transfer or credit card payment.

Cancelation Policy

Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to day of arrival get 100% refund.

Reservations cancelled between 30 days to 16 days prior to arrival a 10% admin fee will be charged to

deposit before refund.

Reservations cancelled between 15 to 8 days prior to arrival a 20% admin fee will be charged to deposit

before refund.

Reservations cancelled 7 days prior to arrival will have no refund.

These terms and conditions are applied and enforced in order for the Hotel side of the resort to cover

labor and other expenses and continue to function when there are cancellations.
